Bishop L.E. Franklin hails from (no pun intended) Texarkana Texas,and is rooted deep in R&B and Gospel before heeding his calling he worked with R&B artists which gave him the chance to travel the world, which he did for almost Thirty (30) years with one of his closest and dearest friends the legendary inventor of Rock and Roll, Richard Penniman better known to the world as " Little Richard ". Bishop as his friends call him, worked, recorded and traveled with the legendary Little Richard for 12 years.

Now as he turns his sights on singing for the lord which doesn't mean he's abandoning his R&B roots, He is introducing his new single entitled "LIFT HIM UP"

on the Prime USA Records label distributed by Blue Pie.
