And it's justifiably so as Augusta is one of the hardest working men in show business today with no sign of slowing his pace anytime soon.

Starting out as a drummer Augusta Lee Collins has worked with all the legends of the music business including playing with the legendary Lightning Hopkins.

Augusta was taught to play guitar by his uncle who showed him the basics of the blues before he was able to get his own guitar.

Coming from a musical family it's no wonder that Augusta Lee Collins has grown to be one of the most recognized musicians in the Bay Area with fans writing to their local newspapers to show their appreciation of this Blues Great.

Augusta finally got his chance to record a song that he had written and releasing them on Prime USA Records such as: A 1000 Miles From Nowhere which has launched this talented musician to new heights and again there's no limit to how high Augusta Lee Collins will soar.
